Half Marathon Relay:  Limited to 250 runners (125 teams).  Sign up yourself and create a team name.  Your partner then signs up and joins your team. The exchange is just before the 7-mile mark (Foote Road).  Runner 2 then picks up and finishes the race.  Relay runners both receive a shirt and a medal.  Transportation is provided to the exchange if needed, but it is less than 2 miles from the Square so we offer suggestions to registered runners to make this an easy exchange.  Stay tuned for emails closer to the date to help you plan! (see time limits above)  Please read emails, share with your relay partner the details!! We send and send to help you prepare!  Thank you!

Half Marathon Competitive Walk:  This event starts alongside the Half Marathon Run/Walk and Relay.  This 13.1-mile event allows for NO running at all!  As we continue to grow this event we hope to add age group awards and more.  For now, we have awards for top finishers.  All competitive walkers receive a shirt and a medal.

5K Run:  This event begins at 7 AM and is open to all ages!  All runners/walkers receive a race shirt!  We have overall and age group awards for this event as well.

Start/Finish: Event starts and finishes on the Historic Medina Square. The course runs through our beautiful rolling city, around the crushed gravel trail of Lake Medina, a brief section of grass and then through scenic neighborhoods. Runners can choose from the Half-Marathon or 5K race. The event will be part of the Ohio Challenge Series and is being held by the Medina County Road Runners. Water Stops, Gatorade & gels available to all runners, along with food and fun at the finish line! All runners will receive a gender specific tech shirt.
